Composting and the National Trust - Update

My thanks to those subscribers who have responded to my request of last month. It would be good if we could get together much more information (independently of the Trust) of what's being done on their many different properties.

The staff at their Head Office do seem to take our campaign seriously and have been chasing up action on various properties – which I will check out later.

My aim is still to try and put a motion to next year's AGM – it's really such a wasted opportunity for this self-proclaimed “sustainable” organisation to show the public what can be done to reduce the disaster of organic wastes going into landfill.
